I don’t have a lot to say this week. I have noticed that I am more present in my own beingness. There are some old, old, old patterns that we don’t even notice that we do. Noticing is the first step towards doing something about it, and the pattern is as subtle and as unconscious as an unbalanced walk or a facial twitch. I think the mirror exercise is bringing it to consciousness. It may sound small, but it’s huge. I am grateful.
